Grupo Amygo’s extensive experience allows us to direct and coordinate the entire moving process, including operational, commercial and administrative management, contracting, channelling, distributing and assigning the services contracted by you.
1- BUDGET REQUEST
The first step is to inform Grupo Amygo of the need to move with sufficient notice (preferably one month in advance). We will ask you for basic information such as the approximate date you wish to move, your home address and your destination address.
2- INSPECTION VISIT
A Grupo Amygo technical advisor will contact you to arrange an inspection visit at the home address to assess and advise them on the best way to organise and plan your move.
3- BUDGET
With the information collected by our technical advisor, we will prepare a budget tailored to your needs.
4-SETTING THE PACKING AND LOADING DATE
Once the budget has been accepted, we will jointly set the date of the move.
5-MUNICIPAL AND PARKING PERMITS
We will process the necessary municipal permits to carry out the move and place the space reservation signs.
6-DAY OF THE MOVE
- Our team will carry out the packing of your move according to the service to be performed.
- They will dismantle the furniture that is necessary for its best protection and transport.
- Personal belongings will be packed in boxes and protective material of the highest quality and resistance.
- Especially delicate and/or valuable items will be packed in special boxes or cages made to measure.
- Once the packing and inventory are finished, the numbered (maritime) container is sealed in your presence and the same is transferred to the port/airport of departure or truck to its final destination.
7-CUSTOMS (third countries)
Our team has taken care in advance of requesting the necessary documents for the export and import process of your belongings before the relevant authorities.
8-DELIVERY AT DESTINATION
- In agreement with you, on the agreed date, we proceed to the delivery at the destination address, unpacking, assembling the furniture, and depositing their belongings and personal effects.
- Together, they will review the inventory prepared at the origin to check that everything is delivered correctly.
- Once the service is finished, our operators will remove the excess and waste packaging material to avoid inconveniences.
