SUBJECT: COMMUNICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL BEST PRACTICES FOR SUPPLIERS

NOTICE:
In light of our organization’s need to respect the environment and work sustainably, we extend this statement of principles to our collaborators, emphasizing the importance of this commitment.

The management of GRUPO AMYGO is strongly committed to environmental responsibility, pollution prevention, and compliance with applicable environmental legislation.

All collaborators and organizations working with GRUPO AMYGO are hereby informed of the obligation to:

1. Compliance with waste management legislation:
   • Understand the nature of the waste generated: hazardous or non-hazardous.
   • Identify and classify the waste within its category (if you will be leaving it at our facilities).
   • Segregate the waste in specific, stable containers suitable for the type of waste (if you will be leaving it at our facilities).
   • Ensure proper labeling of the waste.
   • Manage the waste through an authorized waste handler or recycling center.
   • Register as a small/large hazardous waste producer, hazardous waste manager, and/or hazardous waste transporter (as applicable).
2. Compliance with legislation in the following areas:
   • Environmental regulations (regarding activities that may potentially pollute the atmosphere, if applicable).
   • Noise regulation compliance.
   • Compliance with wastewater discharge regulations.
   • Compliance with regulations concerning emissions to the atmosphere.
3. Minimization of waste and environmental awareness of respect and efficiency in the consumption of resources.
4. Substitute hazardous substances with alternatives that have less environmental impact.
5. Reduce the consumption of materials and energy, within the current technical possibilities.

Any communication, suggestion, or improvement you propose will be welcomed and accepted, as it forms the basis for our organization’s growth as a sustainable entity.
