We use packaging specially designed to withstand the conditions of maritime transport, ensuring that your belongings arrive in perfect condition at their destination.

Transportation of cars, motorcycles or quads

If you Moving to the United States includes the transfer of cars, motorcycles or quads, don’t worry: we will inform you about the feasibility of carrying it out and we will take care of its transport along with the rest of your belongings.

Requisitos y Documentación para tu Mudanza a los Estados Unidos

Documentos requeridos para bienes del hogar y efectos personales:

Copia del pasaporte: Debes tener en cuenta que algunos puertos requieren pasaportes para todos los miembros de la familia que están listados en el formulario 3299.
Formulario CF-3299: Declaración para la entrada libre de artículos no acompañados (si corresponde).
Copia de la visa: Si no eres ciudadano estadounidense o si eres un residente permanente, necesitas proporcionar una copia de tu visa o de la tarjeta de residente permanente.
Sello / tarjeta I-94: Este documento es fundamental para verificar tu estatus de inmigración en los Estados Unidos.
Visa A-1 y formulario DS-1504: Requeridos solo para diplomáticos.
Formulario CBP 7501: Resumen de entrada de aduanas, y Formulario CF-6059B: Declaración de aduanas.
Copia del Bill of Lading (OBL) o Air Waybill (AWB): Este documento es esencial para el transporte de mercancías y asegura que tus bienes sean debidamente registrados durante su traslado.
Inventario detallado en inglés, así como un cuestionario de alimentos: Este inventario ayuda a las autoridades aduaneras a evaluar los artículos que estás importando.
Importador Security File (ISF): Este archivo garantiza que todas las mercancías que ingresen al país cumplan con las normativas de seguridad.
Permiso C: Permiso de bienes domésticos en caso de que se importe alcohol (solo para Hawái).
Declaración Suplementaria: Requerida por la mayoría de los puertos (solo para Hawái).

Documentos requeridos para vehículos motorizados:

Formulario EPA-3520-21 de la Agencia de Protección Ambiental (EPA): Si corresponde, este formulario asegura que el vehículo cumple con las regulaciones ambientales.
Bill of Lading (OBL) para vehículos comprados en el extranjero: Similar al Bill of Lading para bienes personales, este documento es crucial para vehículos.
Bill of Sale o Proforma Invoice: Debe incluir la declaración de valor y el título traducido al inglés (solo para vehículos comprados en el extranjero).
Formulario HS-7 del Departamento de Transporte (DOT): Este formulario verifica que el vehículo cumple con los estándares de seguridad de los EE. UU.
Prueba de cumplimiento por:
- Título/Registro de EE. UU.: Indica que el vehículo ha sido registrado en Estados Unidos anteriormente.
- Carta de cumplimiento del fabricante: Esta carta certifica que el vehículo cumple con las normativas de la EPA y el DOT.
- Contrato de ventas militares extranjeras que indique que el vehículo cumple con las regulaciones de la EPA/DOT de EE. UU.
- Exención de modelo de 25 años: Evidenciada por el título.
- Copia del título o registro de EE. UU. cuando ha sido previamente registrado en EE. UU. (para vehículos que han sido propiedad de residentes que regresan o propietarios de bienes).
- Formularios completados EPA-3520-1, DOT, HS-7 y Customs 7501: Aplicable a vehículos de propiedad anterior, enviados desde EE. UU. por el importador que regresa.
- Carta de permiso de la EPA: Aplicable a no residentes que importan vehículos como turistas.
