When relocating IT equipment, careful planning is essential in collaboration with each company’s tech specialists, who are responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting all network cables and connections.
We coordinate an exact day and time for the disconnection so we can dismantle, pack, and protect all the equipment for transport.
Once packed, the equipment is loaded onto the truck and transported to the new offices, where it is placed in its designated location and prepared for the IT specialists to reconnect the cables and perform necessary tests.
These transfers are scheduled based on each company’s specific needs and urgency for reconnecting to the network. They can either be part of a global move or executed at designated times, whether in the morning, evening, or on weekends.
